While Phaedrus primarily works with Fortune 1000 companies being a small business means we haven't forgotten about the small business and can scale our solutions appropriately. Our staff is well versed in several Project Management disciplines; however we have learned that each client and each project team brings its own culture and its own set of challenges such that one specific discipline may not be as effective as a hybrid of multiple practices. We've found that experience is the best teacher and we allow our people to be flexible and utilize their experience to bring success to you.
